The pedigree of any product directly relates to the design. Innovative and creative design at the front end of a product development cycle is paramount. Having PowerTrain Technologies, LLC involved in the early stages of your product will improve the chances of success.

While we don't believe you can design by committee, we will work from customer specification and their unique application to provide a suitable and cost effective design.

It is beneficial for PowerTrain Technologies, LLC to be involved early in a products life cycle, we can provide Design Offload at any stage to assist in getting a product to market. This includes drafting, solid modeling, engineering, analysis and FEA. PowerTrain Technologies, LLC has the creative talent and the engineering expertise to take your performance requirements and design a custom gear, component or a complete assembly that meets the customer's requirements for their unique and challenging market.

We use the latest design and analysis software including SolidWorks, COSMOS, GearTrax, UTS, AGMA gear rating suite and in-house developed software.

Although PowerTrain Technologies, LLC provides Design Service and Manufacturing, we will never compromise the Design to fit our current manufacturing capability or capacity. The Design is paramount. When it is necessary, PowerTrain Technologies, LLC will either acquire the capability or capacity or call on our network of suppliers.
